The Multi-Area Narcotics Task Force make an arrest at an E. High St. address in Hicksville. Logan Moss is charged with first-degree felony drug possession and taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio. Officers searched the residence and found five ounces of methamphetamine and multiple firearms.
