39-year-old Jimmy Matney of Defiance died from a heroin overdose on Dec. 27, 2013. Now, the man who sold him the drugs has been convicted for Matney’s death. 32-year-old Robert R. Kramer was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter following a three-day trial in Defiance County Common Pleas Court. Sentencing is set for June 9. Kramer could face up to 11 years in prison.
