The retirement clock is ticking for Edon Northwest Local Schools Superintendent Dr. John Granger. Granger is set to call it a career at the end of the school year. The Wright State University and Miami University graduate having served almost 40 years as a teacher, principal and superintendent in various parts of Ohio, including a term as superintendent at Edgerton in the early 1990s. Granger plans on retiring to his farm in Edgerton, just one mile outside the Edon school district. He says he plans to take up plenty of hunting, fishing and spending time with family.
