Eitzman Case Update

Gary Eitzman, 53, of Napoleon…charged with purposely running his vehicle into another man’s truck in Henry County in a road rage incident in 2019…faced the court. Instead of reaching a verdict in the case…the judge ordered counsel to submit legal briefs on the matter. A decision in may take some time, officials say. Eitzman is free on bond.
