A former Montpelier Police officer is indicted by a Williams County grand jury. Nathan Allen is charged for burglary and drug possession. Prosecutors say Allen went into a N. Monroe St. residence in Montpelier, without permission, stealing 15 Xanax pills. Allen will appear in a Williams County courtroom next week.
