Terms of the agreement will change, but the overall cost of the demolition and cleanup of the abandoned former AP/Clark gas station in Bryan stays the same. The amended two-year agreement with the Ohio Development Services Agency, totaling $433,017, was submitted. Officials say it ended up costing more than initially estimated to take out the underground gas tanks at the corner of South Main and East Maple streets in Bryan.
