The Williams County Fairgrounds is off limits to the public during overnight hours until further notice. Agricultural Society President, Matthew Kennedy made the announcement after someone vandalized the new goat barn in Montpelier. Rental events will go on as scheduled but anyone else found on the grounds will be asked to leave and could be cited.
