The law firm, representing the family of Stone Foltz, files a civil suit in Franklin County…seeking damages for wrongful death. The sophomore at the Bowling Green State University, died in March from alcohol poisoning after excessive drinking, at an off-campus fraternity event. The family is asking for minimum compensatory damages of $25,000 for each claimed. Word is, the family will seek a judgment substantially more at trial. The suit claims the Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity, the Chapter at Bowling Green, as well as 10 individuals and potentially more, are responsible for Foltz’s death.
