A crash kills a Waterloo man. Investigators say 29-year-old, Jason Lowman drove off the south side of County Road 40 at County Road 41 east of Auburn and struck a tree. Lowman was thrown from the vehicle…he died at the scene. Local investigators are looking into the accident.
