Fatal Crash On 15

A Defiance woman dies in a solo crash, Saturday morning on Ohio 15. Officials tell reporters…Tracy Perez was heading northwest, just southeast of Ashpacher Road in Noble Township. That’s when the vehicle went off the left side of the roadway…crossing over. Then…the vehicle overturns. The wreckage bursts into flames. Perez was wearing her seatbelt when the crash occurred. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The Ohio State Highway Patrol and local officials are handling the post-crash investigation.
