Fatal Farm Accident Claims Child

A young child dies after he is hit by a tractor on an area farm. Officials say 18 month old Oliver Stackhouse was near a tractor that wasn’t running and for some reason, the vehicle rolled backwards onto the child. The mother tries to help but gets pinned under the vehicle. The incident on County Road 13 in DeKalb county is under investigation at this hour.
