Father found competent in Ohio toddler death case

A story that shocked the Buck­eye state… the 21 month old tod­dler whose decom­posed body was found in her crib. Now a new trial date has been set for the baby’s father, who’s just been declared com­pe­tent to stand trial. 34 year old Eric War­fel had pleaded not guilty by rea­son of insan­ity. His trial now set for Jan­u­ary 19th. The child’s body was found in a crib in the family’s apart­ment in Med­ina. The coro­ner hasn’t said how the child died.
