Fayette man facing multiple charges of buglary and receiving stolen property

28 year old James Powers of Mill Street in Fayette has been indicted by the Williams County Grand Jury on multiple counts of buglary and receiving stolen property. Powers is accused of breaking and entering into homes on North Emmett Street in Bryan and US20-A in West Unity. The thefts occurred on October 2nd of this year.
