We’re getting new information about a fire on Sunday that destroyed a Hicksville home. Four fire departments responded to the 200 block of W. Hicks St. about 11:30 Sunday night. The 1 1/2 story home is uninhabitable, sustaining up to $75,000 damage. The occupants were home at the time, and they were able to get out without injury. The cause of the Hicksville fire is under investigation, and Fire Department spokesman Stacy Lemper said that the fire’s cause could be electrical.
