Unfortunately, a popular weekend festival in Paulding appears to be coming to an end because of a lack of volunteer help. The Flat Rock Creek Fall Festival has been a regular activity in September for years. However, the festival’s board of directors sent out a statement Thursday following a recent meeting in which a decision not to continue was made. The board of directors of the festival citing the fact that it has become too difficult for organizers and participating not-for-profits to find volunteers.
