Former Cop Arrested

Bryan Police arrests a man they believe had sexual contact with an area minor. Warrant in hand, officers arrived at Leslie Tietje place on Sheffield Ave. in Napoleon. He was taken into custody without incident. Tietje worked as an unpaid auxiliary officer for Napoleon Police from 2016, until his resignation, last Oct. He was also a corrections officer at CCNO some time back. He is charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. The victim, they say, was between 13 and 16 years old. Tietje has an attorney, now and has since bonded out of custody.
