Former Pioneer councilwoman sentenced on multiple charges.

A former Pioneer councilwoman was sentenced to 23 months on multiple charges in Williams County Common Pleas Court. Traci M. Weills previously pleaded guilty to four of 13 counts related to the theft of pull-tab gambling and lottery tickets. The State of Ohio noted Weills exhibited remorse throughout the pre-sentence investigation report and felt the recommendation of 23 months was warranted. The State said the main victim in the case also agreed.
