Fort Wayne is hiring firefighters

They’re looking for firefighters in Fort Wayne. The Fort Wayne fire department has announced the city will hire 26 new firefighters. Applications are available now at www.FortWaynefiredepartment.org. The next recruiting class is expected to begin in early fall, and graduation will occur in late December of this year. The application deadline is May 1. Applicants must hold either in Indiana paramedic license or a national Registry paramedic certification upon application. Applicants must be 21 years old by May 1 and no older than 36 years old by January 2017.
