Fremont Shooting

A woman faces attempted murder charges after she shoots a man, south of Fremont. Officers were called to the residence near Interstate 69. They found 50-year-old Douglas Richter of Fremont, wounded. Richter was taken to a Fort Wayne Hospital in serious, but stable condition. 34-year-old, Heather Garr, was arrested at her home in Angola. Garr is being held without bond at the Steuben County Jail. The case remains under investigation.
