An Archbold man who tried to sell oxycodone in November, 2013 was convicted in Fulton County Common Pleas Court yesterday. 25-year-old Brandon Rivera was sentenced to two years of community control, 21 days in jail at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, make restitution to the Multi-Area Narcotics Task Force, pay a fine and lose his license for six months. He had pleaded guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs.
