Fulton County Common Pleas Court hands down sentences

38 year old Renee Nino of Wauseon was sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court to 1 year of community control and ordered to pay $400 in restitution for charges of misuse of credit cards. 31 year old Austin WIDE-LICK of Wauseon was sentenced to 4 years of community control and ordered to pay over $11,000 in restitution to the Ohio Job and Family Services after being found guilty of stealing unemployment benefits between Nov.2012 and Apr.2015. 37 year old Brad Smith of Swanton pled no contest to aggravated trespassing and was sentenced to one year of community control.
