A Fulton County man died following a one-vehicle crash near Evansport Saturday night. According to the Defiance post of the Ohio Highway Patrol, 30 year old Jacob King of Wauseon, was driving his car westbound on Defiance-Williams County Line Road at approximately 11:20 p.m. Saturday when he drove off the right side of the roadway, struck a guardrail and overturned. The vehicle came to rest on its top in the Tiffin River. King was transported to Community Hospital and Wellness Center, Bryan, where he died. The crash remains under investigation. Excessive speed and alcohol are suspected.
