Fulton Court Notes

In Ful­ton County Com­mon Pleas Court, 37 year old Joshua Cas­sady of Wauseon pled guilty on Fri­day to Tres­pass­ing in a home when a per­son is likely to be present.

Police say Cas­sady stole a tv from an Elm Street home in Wauseon in con­nec­tion with the same inci­dent.

Cas­sady was sen­tenced to 4 years in prison.
