Funeral to be held today for Hannah Fischer

Services for Hannah Fischer will be held today at 2 o’clock at Montpelier Church of the Nazarene. The 21-year-old student at Northwest State Community College in Archbold was found dead last week in her apartment. The man wanted for her murder has not been found. Police have a warrant for Frank Tracy Jr., 47, of Paulding. His vehicle was found in Defiance three days after the killing. Officials are not sure what type of vehicle he may have now or if he is in still in the area.
