Gardner Faces Charges

Two New Haven police officers are stabbed by a man they were trying to take into custody. Brandon Gardner, 18, now faces battery charges and more. Someone calls 911…Gardner is trying to harm himself. The police gets there…and after a chase…officials say that’s when he produces a pocket knife…and goes on the attack. Soon after…he is in the cruiser…heading to jail. The investigation is on at this hour by both state and local officials.
