The Ohio Supreme Court denies Bradley Gillespie’s appeal and he will remain in jail, this in connection with a 2016 double murder. Gillespie, of Defiance, this summer appealed to overturn or lessen two murder convictions with gun specifications stemming from the killing of 2013 Montpelier graduate, Hannah Fischer and her boyfriend, Frank Tracy of Paulding. Gillespie will continue serving two consecutive sentences of 15 years to life in prison, with his first parole hearing taking place in February of 2048.
