Gillespie Files Appeal

A convicted Defiance man files for a delayed appeal of his double murder case with the Ohio Court of Appeals. Bradley Gillespie was found guilty and sentenced to life for killing Hannah Fischer and Frank Tracy. In an nutshell, Gillespie doesn’t like the job his counsel is did…so he wants another lawyer, essentially. He also says the bench made a few mistakes during the trial also.
