An arrest is made in the shooting of a local deputy. Toledo Police officers apprehended Jeshua Gilmore, following a tip that was received in Fulton County. Gilmore was arrested without incident. He has been transported to Stryker, pending a court appearance at a later date. He is charged with attempted murder, in connection with the shooting of Fulton County Sheriff’s Deputy, Jeremy Simon, a 24-year veteran, following a pursuit.
