The Williams County Fair Board names the new goat barn after Junior and Jane Rath. The board also learned that a new electronic sign could be in place at the main entrance to the Williams County fairgrounds in time for this year’s fair in Sept. The new goat barn is virtually complete and will be ready for this year’s fair. It’s located just north of the old one, which has been demolished.
