Graves To Be Checked Out

A man accused of hitting another man in the face with a mop handle pled not guilty by reason of insanity in a Williams County courtroom. Ot Graves and the victim were incarcerated at the Corrections Center, in Stryker. Graves will undergo a mental evaluation at the Court Diagnostic and Treatment Center in Toledo. Once it is completed, his next court appearance will be scheduled.
