Groundbreaking Friday for new spec building in Defiance.

A groundbreaking is set for 10 a.m. Friday in Defiance’s Harmon Business Park for a new industrial speculation building. Located on the northeast side of Defiance, along Domersville Road, the park is already home to one industrial speculation building that is now occupied by APG Packaging, a California-based manufacturer of dispensers for the cosmetics industry. The same company (NAI Harmon Group of Toledo) which developed the first speculation building is also doing the same for the new 70,000 square-foot facility.
