We have a champion in our midst…Defeating competitors from urban sprawls like Cleveland, Cincinnati and Columbus, Williams County’s own TJ Zimmerman of the Carlin Company has been named the top Realtor in Ohio by the Ohio Association of Realtors for highest volume of sales. After 20 years in the business and placing in the top five of the Association’s list over the past few years, Zimmerman finally got a first place finish. Zimmerman lives in Bryan with his wife Carrie and their three daughters. Good on you, TJ.
