Health Department report

In news that affects your wal­let, the Williams County Health Depart­ment approved a $1.2 mil­lion bud­get for next year at its reg­u­lar monthly meet­ing. That’s down about $22,000 from this year’s bud­get.
Nurs­ing Direc­tor Becky Syn­der told those at the meet­ing that more Hepati­tis C cases among younger peo­ple are being seen. She also reported that no cases of the flu have been reported.
