Heinze In Custody

Williams County deputies get their man. We reported officers were on the lookout for Timothy Heinze back in July. This, after he eluded officers in a car chase through Steuben County. The pursuit began when they tried to serve a felony warrant on Heinze in Nettle Lake. After the chase turned into Michigan…officers stopped the pursuit. Then, a break. On Thursday, officers get a call…Heinze was seen back in Nettle Lake. They arrive, find him…and arrest him. He’s in CCNO now…for the original warrant of absconding from justice…and for the pursuit later, from officers, as well.
