A Napoleon man was bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury Mon­day on a felony charge of Domes­tic Vio­lence.

32 year old Justin Humphrey-Gainor waived his pre­lim­i­nary hear­ing in Munic­i­pal Court.

He is being held on a cash bond of $30,000.

40 year old Michael Prys­tash of Napoleon was arraigned on a felony charge of Domes­tic Vio­lence in Munic­i­pal Court; and was also ordered to have no con­tact with the vic­tim.

23 year old Emily Had­dad of Swan­ton pled guilty to Pos­ses­sion of Heroin. Had­dad was placed on com­mu­nity con­trol for two years, and was ordered to com­plete a drug treat­ment pro­gram, and she was also ordered to abide by a curfew.
