A Henry County man is facing two felony charges. Benjamin Rohdy of Deshler has been charged with rape and abduction. He was arrested early Wednesday morning by the Deshler Police Department and taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio. Later Wednesday, Rohdy was arraigned in Napoleon Municipal Court. Bond was set at $250,000 with no cash allowance on the rape charge and $100,000 on the abduction charge. He was also ordered to obey a protection order and submit to GPS house arrest. A preliminary hearing is slated for 3:15 p.m. Monday in Napoleon Municipal Court.
