Things have officially started at the Steuben County 4-H Fair. Sarah Wilson, the daughter of Max & Kim Wilson of Angola, was crowned Miss Steuben County. Wilson is a student at Indiana Wesleyan University. First runner-up in the Queen Contest was Jade Ice, who was also voted as Miss Congeniality. Second runner-up was Christina Burrell. In addition to the Queen’s court, Hawkin Wise was crowned little Mister Steuben County, while Whitlee Duke was crowned Little Miss Steuben County.
