Hicksville Develops Local Business

The Hicksville Village Council signs a resolution, authorizing its revolving loan fund committee to enter into an agreement with Adroit Thinking Inc., doing business as 5-Acre Mill in Hicksville. The woodworking business, located on Ohio 2, entered into the agreement with the village for $200,000, at a mortgage for seven years. The note will bear interest at 2.5 percent. Plans are for Adroit Thinking to expand its shop and office areas, purchase new equipment, and hire up to 11 new employees.
