A man who was charged with Making a False Police report was arrested Friday night for failing to appear in Bryan Municipal Court. Bryan Police caught up with Patrick Oyer at an apartment on West Hicks St. in Hicksville. The 27-year-old was arrested about 10:20 p.m. Friday and transported to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
