Hicksville Man Killed In Crash

The High­way Patrol says a Hicksville man died in a crash Wednes­day morn­ing on Ohio 49.

Police say it hap­pened just after 10 yes­ter­day morn­ing when 45 year old Mark Sin­clair lost con­trol of the vehi­cle, trav­eled off the left side of the road, hit a con­crete retain­ing wall, and then rolled over, finally com­ing to rest against a tree.

Accord­ing to police, Sin­clair was not wear­ing a seat belt, and he was thrown from the vehi­cle. Sin­clair was pro­nounced dead at the scene.

The cause of that crash yes­ter­day morn­ing remains under investigation.
