Hill Case Update

A former Montpelier resident, who authorities say assaulted a sheriff’s deputy at a local hospital, is sentenced in Henry County Court. Benjamin Hill pled guilty to assault and attempted robbery. He was sentenced to three years of community control and ordered to pay court costs.
