A woman is dead after being hit by a train.
The Fulton County Sheriff says deputies found the body of 44 year old Lisa Sawyers of Michigan along the tracks.
Sawyers reportedly had been lying on the train tracks just before she was hit and killed.
No foul play is suspected.
