Horse Panics, Leads To Fatality

A Noble County woman dies after being thrown from a cart pulled by a runaway horse. 58-year-old Cynthia Miller of Green Center died at the scene. Smith-Green firefighters, Parkview EMS, and Noble County Sheriff’s deputies responded. No word on what spooked the horse into running.
