The Ohio housing marketplace was remarkably resilient in 2020…as the sector surpassed the prior year’s levels in sales activity, average sales price, and total dollar volume…that’s according to the Ohio Realtors Group. Homes sales reached 161,960 in 2020, a 4.3% increase from 2019…when it was 155,274. Moreover…the average sales price across Ohio in 2020 reached $212,517 dollars…a 9.9% increase from the $193,339 dollar mark, the year before.
