Howard Resignation Approved

Swanton Village Council members approves the resignation of police officer, Kevin Howard. As we reported, Howard was placed on unpaid administrative leave back in early April, when he was charged with domestic violence. The charge was amended to endangering children…he pled guilty. He was hired by the Swanton Police Department in November 2018. Sentencing is scheduled for July 15.
