In Pioneer

The Pioneer Village Council votes to approve an engineering project on one block of Dearborn Street. That part of the plan costs $8,500 dollars and is part of a larger project that will involve Cedar and State streets. Pioneer Mayor Ed Kidston recommended Denny Bell of Bell Engineering for the job. Kidston says…he wants to be proactive and set up Pioneer to be in a good position to take advantage of future grant funding.
