Charges are filed after a crash in DeKalb County. Investigators say Brock Smith of St Joe was heading south on County Road 45…when he failed to stop at the intersection at County Road 68. Paige Mosley of Garrett was on 68…she had just stopped and proceeded into the intersection…that’s when Smith smashes into Mosley’s car. Both vehicles careen into the ditch. Mosley, along with her daughter were are hurt and taken to the hospital. Charges are pending for Smith.
