A man is knocked unconscious in a crash on State Road 3, at County Road 68, in southwest DeKalb County. The victim was taken to an area hospital in fair condition. The other driver is okay. Investigators tell reporters an SUV was turning from northbound 3, onto westbound 68. While turning, the vehicle crashed into the rear driver side of the other car. The southbound lanes of the intersection were closed for 30 minutes. State and local investigators are on the case.
