Injury accident Monday afternoon in Fulton County.

One person was seriously injured early Monday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in Fulton County. Kyliah Wallace, 27, Toledo, was taken from Fulton County Health Center, Wauseon, to Mercy Health-St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo, following the crash around 1:21 p.m. According to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office which handled the crash report, Wallace was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Impala eastbound on Fulton County Road D when she failed to yield for oncoming traffic, colliding with a tractor trailer driven by Daniel Langenderfer, 39, Delta, which was northbound on Ohio 108.
