A solo crash injures a Williams County teen. Officials say Kelly Schaffter, of Montpelier, is flown Parkview, in Fort Wayne…in serious condition. Schaffter was on County Road M, just west of County Road 10, when her vehicle went out of control and into a cornfield, overturning several times. Officials are pretty sure she didn’t have a seatbelt on. The crash remains under investigation.
